Bouquet for A Day POLICY

Bouquet for A Day, LLC policy for all rental items for your event concerning changes to your order placed and/or cancellations of the order placed.

Bouquet for A Day requires 90 days’ notice of any cancellation in order to issue a refund for any funds put towards the rental for your event. Any order canceled less than 90 days before your rental date will forfeit 50% of the funds put towards the rental. Any cancellation will need to be submitted via email to Kristie@bouquetforadayla.com

Bouquet for A Day requests any changes to your order place will need to be made 20 days prior to the day of your event. Any changes within 20 days of the event will not be accepted. Should additions need to be made within 20 days of the event will require a separate order. Should you choose to exchange a product, the exchange must be of equal value or greater value. There will be no cancellations of individual items placed on order within 20 days prior to the day of your event.

Bouquet for A Day TERMS & CONDITIONS

When a customer is renting from Bouquet for A DAY, LLC, the customer agrees that he/she understands and accepts the following Terms and Conditions.

Rental Period

When renting from Bouquet for A Day, LLC, all rental items are rented for a period of five days, beginning three prior to the previously scheduled event date and ending one day after the event date. The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time frame set forth by Bouquet for A Day, LLC. The customer further agrees that the rented property shall (1) not be used beyond the agreed timeframe; (2) not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated; (3) not be used near an open flame; (4) not be used in an unsafe manner that may cause harm to another person.

Rental Agreement

The customer hereby agrees that he/she shall NOT hold Bouquet for A Day, LLC, responsible for any and all damages to rental items and/or loss of rented property. The customer shall agree to cover the cost of any damage, including broken flowers, damaged petals, stains, broken vases, candle holders, or other determined property not returned in a presentable condition.

Should any item be damaged beyond repair or NOT returned the customer shall cover 150% of the rental cost. 

Bouquet for A Day RETURN of PROPERTY POLICY

The customer agrees to return all rented property and all original packaging materials to Bouquet for A Day utilizing the provided prepaid postage labels. The rental items must be returned to the determined shipping provider one day after the day of the event. If this day falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, return on the following day. A $30 late fee will be charged per day, if not returned to the determined shipping provider by the date/time agreed upon. A $50 fee will be charged for each packaging insert not returned with rental. Bouquet for A Day is not responsible for any personal property unintentionally returned with rented property. 

International Orders Duties & Taxes

Rental items that are to be shipped Internationally are subject to additional duties and taxes which are based on the subtotal of the order and the province to which the order is being shipped. This small percentage will be collected by the shipping provider, on behalf of the foreign government, and is out of the control of Bouquet for A Day.
